Our founder and Creative Director is Dave Dyson and, with more than twenty years in the creative business, his passion for all things design simply continues to grow.
Dave has an obsessive thirst for finding the latest creative direction, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, which enables him to produce some of the most innovative and effective creative concepts.
Karen has over 25 years in production, she loves everything to do with timelines and budgets and will keep your project on time and within budget. Karen has worked at Shop Direct Group, THG working on brands such as Coggles, MyProtein, Illamasqua, Espa and Look Fantastic. JD Williams working on brands: SimplyBe and Jacamo.
Graham is an experienced designer/illustrator having been in the industry for over 32 years, he began his career in a small design printing house in Didsbury moving on to Littlewoods and eventually Great Universal Stores, working with some of the countries leading photographers on such high profile brands as Adidas, Nike, Regatta and Base shoes.
Jamie is our youngest creative, joining the team after graduating in 2019 from Manchester Metropolitan University. She has begun her career by developing the look and feel of a new children’s fashion label, creating innovative designs to communicate strong brand identity. She has a love for logo design, packaging and all things graphical.
Hayley joined The Door creative in 2019. Hayley brings over a decade of design and art direction experience and has worked with a multitude of brands, from Tommy Hilfiger, to high street brands like the Arcadia group. Hayley learnt her craft at Shop Direct Group one of the largest E-retailers in the country. And more recently has produced a breadth of creative work for clients such as, Simply Be, JD Williams, Jacamo, Studio.
Paul is our Senior Developer, he joined the team in June 2019 and heads up all things digital. With more than 15 years commercial experience he has worked with some of the largest UK companies and organisations including Iceland Frozen Foods, Jacuzzi, KFC, NHS and Public Health England to name a few.
With a career spanning over 20 years Mark has worked as a Creative Artworker for multi-national companies and award-winning design agencies alike. His unrivalled passion for design along with a detailed technical knowledge and a methodical approach to tasks create a winning formula.
Tom joined the team in March 2020, working on the digital side of Design. With a background of print, digital and branding, he has worked with a variety of large clients across different industries such as Garnier, The Body Shop and Betfred as well as working with other smaller businesses a little closer to home.
